We are honoured to welcome Chef Rajesh Wadhwa – Executive Chef of the world renowned Taj Palace Hotel in New Delhi, for the last 10 years – for extending his support to Celiac India and generously sharing with us his innovative gluten free recipes.
An alumni of IHMCTAN, Mumbai, Chef Wadhwa has been associated with Taj group of hotels for the last 30 years. He started his career at the Taj Palace, Mumbai and worked at Taj properties across the globe before being appointed the Executive Chef of Taj Palace, New Delhi in 2003. He has kept abreast with the latest trends in the industry and attended trainings and courses at prestigious properties and culinary schools like Le Gavroche, London, the Culinary Institute of America, NY, Federazione Italiana Cuochi and Cornell.
He has represented India and the Taj in food promotions and events both in India and abroad. He has travelled extensively with Mr. A. B. Vajpayee, ex-Prime Minister of India as his personal chef to 14 countries and has also hosted Heads of States during summits such as BRICS and ASEAN and many more distinguished guests at the Taj Palace.
