- Checklist at the time of diagnosis: At the time of communicating the diagnosis to the patient and his family, it is also important that we provide them with the requisite information and resources about the condition and about the diet. Our checklist will help ensure that.
- Checklist for follow-up: After the initial few weeks of diagnosis, most of the patients will be under the care of their primary care provider. We have prepared a checklist which you could use at the time of follow – up of your celiac patients. You could also encourage the patients to use our Gluten free health card which can help record their progress.
